Objective:
- To introduce and nurture surfing skills among kids.
- To support the development of individual sportsmanship and personal growth.
Components:
- Surfing Basics Workshops:
- Ages: 8-17
- Content: Introduction to surfing equipment, basic ocean safety, paddling techniques, and standing up on the board.
- Frequency: Weekly sessions for 2 hours.
- Skill Development Camps:
- Ages: 8-17
- Content: Surfing techniques, wave reading, maneuver practice, and personalized coaching.
- Frequency: Bi-monthly weekend camps.
- Sportsmanship and Personal Growth Seminars:
- Ages: 8-17
- Content: Workshops on sports ethics, goal setting, mental resilience, and leadership.
- Frequency: Quarterly seminars.
- Parental Involvement:
- Content: Educational sessions for parents on supporting their children in individual sports and fostering a positive environment.
- Frequency: Monthly meetings.
